These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the n999pk platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services available at n999pk.app. By registering an account or using any n999pk service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User") and n999pk ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us"). Please read every clause carefully. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any n999pk services.
n999pk operates an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at n999pk.app. The platform offers PSL cricket betting, live dealer casino games, slot titles, fishing games, crash games, and related gaming services to eligible players. These Terms & Conditions apply to every product, promotion, and feature on the n999pk platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
n999pk strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years on all casino and betting activities. Age verification via CNIC is mandatory at registration. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds returned.
2.1 To register and maintain an n999pk account, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction applies to all products on the Platform including cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and crash titles.
2.2 You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual legal persons are not eligible to hold a Player account on n999pk.
2.3 You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.4 You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from any gambling platform or under any regulatory self-exclusion scheme.
2.5 n999pk reserves the right to request CNIC documentation, proof of address, source-of-funds evidence, or any other verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
2.6 By registering, you warrant and represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false eligibility information, including misrepresenting your age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on n999pk. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or through the use of third-party information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered Pakistani mobile number. n999pk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3.3 You must notify n999pk's live chat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised.
3.4 Account registration on n999pk is subject to successful completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which includes CNIC-based age and identity verification. n999pk may require enhanced due diligence for high-value accounts or accounts flagged by our automated risk-monitoring systems.
3.5 Players must keep all account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be communicated to n999pk support and verified before the changes take effect. n999pk will not process withdrawals to payment instruments not registered and verified against your account.
4.1 n999pk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash OTC. All deposits are credited to your PKR Balance at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per calendar day are published in the n999pk Cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating a deposit.
4.3 n999pk does not accept deposits from third-party sources. You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name and matching your verified CNIC identity. Third-party deposits will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
4.4 Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be subject to a processing fee on reversal as published in the Cashier section. Deposits used to claim a bonus are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements detailed in Section 6.
4.5 n999pk does not charge a deposit fee for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the operational hours of the respective Pakistani bank (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) and may not credit instantly during weekends or public holidays.
Warning: Never share your JazzCash or EasyPaisa PIN with anyone claiming to represent n999pk. n999pk support staff will never ask for your payment wallet PIN, OTP, or account password under any circumstance.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have completed full KYC verification, including CNIC age verification and payment instrument verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
5.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment instrument used for the most recent qualifying deposit. n999pk reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made to a specific registered payment method where this is necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering purposes.
5.3 Standard withdrawal processing time on n999pk is one (1) business day from the point of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete faster than bank transfers. Processing times for HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are subject to the operating hours and processing schedules of those institutions.
5.4 n999pk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is an ongoing investigation into the account for potential fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct; (c) the withdrawal would result in a PKR Balance below any applicable minimum balance threshold; or (d) the account is subject to a regulatory hold.
5.5 Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money component of a mixed balance (real money plus bonus funds) may be withdrawn where wagering requirements on the bonus portion remain outstanding.
6.1 n999pk offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and supplement these general Terms.
6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all n999pk promotions: (a) bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only; (b) one bonus per household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise; (c) bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
6.3 Wagering requirements specify the total amount a Player must bet using bonus funds before those funds convert to withdrawable real money. Wagering requirements and eligible games for bonus wagering are specified in each promotion's individual terms. By default, fishing games and certain live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements — check promotion-specific terms for details.
6.4 n999pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled, any outstanding wagering requirements associated with bonus funds already credited will continue to apply unless n999pk explicitly waives them in writing.
6.5 Abuse of bonus offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, the use of arbitrage betting strategies to clear wagering requirements at reduced risk, or any other conduct designed to exploit a promotion — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
7.1 All sports betting on n999pk, including PSL cricket markets, is subject to the n999pk Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these general Terms, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail with respect to betting-specific matters.
7.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. n999pk does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available for any period of time. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance, particularly for in-play PSL cricket markets.
7.3 n999pk reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the underlying event has been cancelled, postponed, or materially altered; (c) there is evidence that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or applicable rules; or (d) the integrity of the underlying event is under investigation by a relevant sporting authority.
7.4 Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits per event, market, and per day apply to all n999pk betting products. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip and in the account terms section of the Platform. n999pk reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits based on account history or risk profile.
7.5 In-play betting on PSL and other cricket markets is subject to data feed availability. n999pk will not be liable for delays in live market updates caused by third-party data providers. Any bets placed on markets that were inadvertently left open beyond the conclusion of the relevant event due to a data delay will be voided.
8.1 All casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, fishing games (including Dragon Fishing and Piggy Gold), and crash titles available on n999pk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by the Platform, individual Player accounts, or any external factors.
8.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino titles are displayed on the individual game information pages. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual Player session.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, disconnection, or system failure during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's PKR Balance. n999pk will not honour winnings generated from malfunctioning game states. Players are advised to contact live chat support immediately if they believe a technical fault has affected a game outcome.
8.4 Live dealer casino sessions are streamed from third-party studios operated under independent gaming licences. The rules of each live dealer game (Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, etc.) are governed by the studio operator's published rules, which are accessible within each game interface. n999pk is not responsible for the conduct of live dealer studio staff.
Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on n999pk and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
10.1 n999pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for players. All registered n999pk accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available via the account settings panel: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cool-off periods (24-hour, 7-day, 30-day), and full self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and irreversibly for the duration selected by the Player. During a self-exclusion period, n999pk will not send promotional communications to the excluded account and will not permit access to any gaming or betting product on the Platform. Players wishing to self-exclude should contact live chat support or use the self-exclusion tool directly in account settings.
10.3 The 21+ age restriction is non-negotiable. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. n999pk will cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected underage gambling and will immediately suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of underage play.

11.1 All content on the n999pk Platform — including but not limited to the n999pk brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of n999pk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any n999pk content without prior written authorisation from the Company.
11.3 Use of the n999pk name, logo, or any Platform content in third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes — is strictly prohibited without a written licence agreement with n999pk.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n999pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
12.2 n999pk's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's n999pk account at the time the claim arises.
12.3 n999pk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or reasons beyond n999pk's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
12.4 n999pk is not responsible for any telecommunications costs, data charges, or internet service provider fees incurred by Players while accessing the Platform, including mobile data charges from Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, or PTCL.
13.1 n999pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required by applicable regulations, licensing conditions, or law enforcement directives.
13.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach by the Player, n999pk will return the verified real-money PKR Balance to the Player's registered payment instrument within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and associated winnings generated from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
13.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their n999pk account may do so by contacting live chat support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, subject to any outstanding transaction settlements or active bonus periods.
13.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses — shall remain in full force and effect following account closure.
14.1 n999pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where operationally practical.
14.2 The version of these Terms currently published at n999pk.app/terms-conditions constitutes the binding and authoritative version. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If any amendment materially and adversely affects a Player's rights, that Player may elect to close their account and withdraw their verified real-money PKR Balance without penalty, provided they notify n999pk support within seven (7) days of the amendment effective date.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n999pk holds its international gaming licence.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and n999pk that cannot be resolved through n999pk's internal dispute resolution process (initiated via live chat support), both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panel of the governing jurisdiction.
15.3 n999pk's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must submit full details of the complaint — including account ID, transaction references, and a description of the issue — to n999pk support in writing. n999pk will provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days.
For the avoidance of doubt: n999pk does not target or market to jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. If you are accessing this Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.
